With many companies, the use of email spam filters and email protection services is a necessity to ensure the security and integrity of network systems. When using these systems, some of our customer’s users are not getting their email notifications when a change to permissions or software access has been made to their accounts by their Autodesk Account Manager or Software Coordinator.

 

 

Please be sure your IT services, whether in-house or outside contract have added an exception to allow emails from “[email protected]”. Emails from this address will allow users to see timely and important information regarding their account permissions and software.
