If you are receiving warnings related to timeout or internet regarding licenses (like below) please read below.
Autodesk is having server outages this morning affecting licenses and they are working on resolving it.
Update: Some clients are not able to use their products although some clients might / should be able to still use the software even in the timer mode (count down of days) and all should be resolved soon, Autodesk is supposed to call us when it is fully resolved.
Also make sure that you have fully updates Windows and security and .NET framework updates as well as the current Autodesk and TLS updates for you software.
Update – 11:49am CST – A message from Autodesk health – AWS is experiencing an issue at one of their data centers, they are aware of and are working on the issue. This issue is impacting multiple Autodesk Services & Applications (license server and BIM 360, etc). There is no ETA at the moment, we apologize for the inconvenience.
Update: 12:17pm CST – It looks as though the licensing issue is mostly resolved, you can also view this information from here as well – https://health.autodesk.com/
Update: 12:25pm CST – Autodesk Ava is still having issues and you may see the warning in your Autodesk account as well although this doesn’t seem to affect opening the Autodesk software at this time.
