Important Notice

In the past few years, credit card companies have made it increasingly burdensome to take credit payments from customers due to their escalating fees. While Seiler has continually opted to shoulder the impact of this trend, the growing rate of credit card use and heightened fee structure has become too great to ignore.
Following careful consideration and discussion with other companies in our industries, we have decided to bring Seiler in line with common practices in our market and institute a new policy for the use of credit cards to pay charges for invoices will be implemented.

  • 3% percent convenience fee will be assessed on all MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit card transactions.

Please Note:
Seiler does not keep any part of the convenience fee. The fee is charged and collected by a 3rd party processor contracted by Seiler to provide credit card processing services for customer’s accounts. The full amount of the payment less the processing fee is remitted to Seiler.  Thank you for your understanding.
