If you’ve been trying to reset your Autodesk software because you need to change the licensing type and you just can’t get it to swap, try these three steps.

  1. Delete this folder
    1. C:\Users\username\appdata\roaming\autodesk\ADUT
  2. Delete files that start with adskflex
    1. C:\program data\Flexnet
  3. Delete LoginState.xml
    1. C:\Users\username\appdata\local\autodesk\webservices
  4. You can also try these steps as well if the above doesn’t work.
